User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between IP Levchenko Dmitry Maksimovich (hereinafter referred to as Made In or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.
The Made In site is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the Made In site!

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:
– search for information on the site
– receive information on the site
– use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes

The Administration has the right to:
– create, change, cancel rules at its own discretion and as necessary
– restrict access to any information on the site
– create, change, delete information

The user undertakes to:
– not disrupt the functionality of the site
– not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

The Administration undertakes to:
– maintain the functionality of the site except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
– carry out comprehensive protection of the User’s account
– provide all available information about the User to the state authorities authorized to do so in cases established by law

Responsibility of the parties

– the administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services expected by the User and the services actually received
– the administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
– in the event of a force majeure situation (military actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force upon any use of this site.
The Agreement shall cease to be effective upon the appearance of a new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its own discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
